Unused, "new", products that had some issues getting through the mail! These are brand new items whose packaging or surfaces have suffered some type of physical damage (NO water-damaged products ever!). 

Intended for someone to use/display but doesn't necessarily care about being mint condition and is looking to save some money! 

All items are listed separately, even if there are multiple copies - each listing will have pictures of the actual item for sale, no "stock" photos.
